Refund and Exchange Policy

At TakeTheme, we aim to provide the best experience for our users. If you are not satisfied with our service, our refund and exchange policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or plan changes can be requested.

1. Trial and Initial Launch Pricing

For the first three months after launch, we are offering access to our platform for a flat fee of £50. This is a promotional offer and is non-refundable once purchased.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 General Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds will not be issued.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Billing Errors: If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge for a review.

2.2 No Refunds for the Following

  • Promotional or introductory pricing (including the £50 launch period).
  • Partial use of the service (e.g., canceling mid-month).
  • Downgrades to a lower-tier plan after the billing cycle starts.

3. Plan Changes and Exchanges

3.1 Upgrading Plans

  • You can upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan pricing will be prorated based on the time left in your billing cycle.
  • The new plan takes effect immediately upon payment.

3.2 Downgrading Plans

  • Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for downgrading during an active billing period.

3.3 Switching Between Monthly and Annual Plans

  • Moving from monthly to annual: The annual plan starts immediately, with any remaining monthly balance deducted from the total.
  • Moving from annual to monthly: No refunds are issued for switching to a monthly plan.

4. How to Request a Refund or Plan Change

  • Contact our support team at main@taketheme.com with your request.
  • Include your account details and reason for the request.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Exceptions and Modifications

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. This policy may be updated at any time, and changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
